Randy Riggs was a dear friend of mine through Carson High days and for years after!
We went to US Festival 82 and US Festival 83 together! Soon after I enlisted in the Army I heard
He had a diving accident and broke his neck and was a parapalegic; which robbed him of active life
and the chronic health problems also took it's toll on him. He moved to San Diego in the late 80's and
we fell out of touch. It was at the 35 year reunion when I saw his name on screen for those deceased
that I Found out! Very sad and heartbreaking to me.
He was my brother from another mother whom I will cherish our wild and crazy days of our youth!
RIP my Brother.
